Unfortunately it seams that the only phone number available:

Maybe you could go to your local Post Office and talk to them.

Hi i have ordered a large teddy bear from ali express, with RJ745218015CN.
I have three questions
1. How long will it take to reach from kolkata customs to bangalore
2. will the post man deliver such big teddy bear
3. Any chance of paying customs duty? though the product cost came around 20$ and how will customs people evaluate teddy bears as there is a large variation in prices of teddies across different websites

3. You might want to call India Post Office to find out about the timing for Customs in India.

You might want to read this extract that I found under F.A.Q.:

Customs & security delays:
Customs operates on their own schedule, and they don’t care how badly you want your package. Some places open and inspect almost everything, some don’t; some places process packages very efficiently, some do not.

With both Customs and security, if one item is suspicious, it may delay everything in the same dispatch.
