i didnt receive my order from china post to india post my tracking ref number is : RI679467014CN, can any one please help to sort out this issues from china post to india post, what can i do now

Hello everyone, can anyone help me out, i have ordered digital massager simulator from china and which is retained by the customs and they have send me an letter "notice of call memo/cum show cause notice". and in that letter they have mention it adult toy, declared value on the parcel 16 dollar and they are now asking me the import permit/license issued by the concerned jurisdictional director/ director general of foreign trade, ministry of commerce & industry, govt of India. can anyone help me out what to do and what should i do, if i did not go to them what will happen.

Hi,

I ordered a product in Ali express and as i requested the seller to ship it ASAP he shipped the same day and gave the details on shipment sent via china registered post but from past 10 days there is no update about my article RO041297518CN,

3/8/2016 8:55:00 AM China BEIJING Send item abroad (EDI-received) Air KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE

actually i wanted it by 19th March but i dont see any light to receive within 19th. please someone help me to know what has happened to my article and what should i do to get that.

.....go to the custom office and tell them that you have purchased it for personal use...the only thing which they want is money..if you dont approach them they will send that item back or do something else..so if you want the product you have to pay duty for it...and by the way adult toys are ban for import in india...

its an massager not an adult toy,, as i also no that its banned in India, but i think the sender have written something over it and they have stopped it, can you say if i asked them to open it and check what is inside and then give me will they do so or will ask me money or any duty......and if i did not visit them then what will happen.

They must have opened it quite a while ago...so there is no need to ask them to open and check....all they want is duty from you...its india post dude...anything can happen...and if you will not get in touch with them they would most probably send it back to origin...so just get in touch with them and show them the invoice for the massager on which they will impose duty...also you can wait for sometime...they can release it by imposing duty which you have to pay to the postman who will come to deliver your parcel...but i would have been at your place i would have surely contacted them...so the choice is compelety yours mr.dragon 12...

My parcel booked in Ali express is stuck in Kolkata sorting office I am from Chennai is there any way to contact them for clearance my track number RF223725140CN it is a plastic cup not for reselling only for personal use. Please show me some light. Any help or third party agent available to clear please advise.
