I have a parcel from china post, but I am unable to figure out the status of the parcel. whether it has been shipped to India and is stuck in Kolkata? can someone please help me.the details are as below:

hello all,
my china airmail post tracking Id is RH151431679CN. And the status is not getting changed. By now It should reach to kolkata and may be it has reached but the custom has kept it. Government thieves. It has nothing problematic in it just some fashion jewelry. And I have ordered multiple times and within 20 days every parcel had been reached to me without problem. I guess I am not gonna receive this one. If kolkata sort office is reading this I really want to give you an advise at least let us know you are keeping our parcel with you.. 😀 :p. Don't steal it. Really I am sorry for using harsh language but this is how it feels like. Sorry again.
If anyone can help me please do. I appreciate it. I am from Vadodara, Gujarat.

At First: Lodge a Grievance against Central Board of Excise and Customs at http://pgportal.gov.in/ it will directly go the Commissioner Coordination. If you did not get any response from the Commissioner then you can either file a case or sent a Notice and seek information under RTI.

I have lodged a Grievance against Kolkatta Customs Office as well as against India Post in Ministry of Communication & Information Technology. This might work else I am going to file a case in Mumbai High Court.

If any one who want to join me in this campaign, please, write me an e-mail with all the details and screen shots. Then this case will be automatically become a Public Interest Litigation (Ganahit Yechika), and the Hon. Court has to declare its decision within one year. The problem will be sorted out once and forever...
