1. This type of parcel is what is call China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus. Can be track only in China with limited tracking. Can be deliver to you between 30 to 60 days. The parcel in your country will be deliver to you by your National mail Office just like a normal letter.

2. Since we don't know if the parcel pass the Export Security Scan, maybe you should contact seller and ask him if your parcel is OK.
