the parcels are all in the hand of India Post. you should contact them for detail.

Hello my name is dhanisha.im in chengdu china. I don't get my item till now.
Tracking number :CL006804479IN.
I submitted a complaint n indiapost.they gave me reply that my item reached at beijing n 4th August. But till now i don't get ma item.please help me

CL006804479IN arrived Chengdu on Aug 4th. Call china post hotline 11185 and pickup the parcel.

DEAR FRIENDS GOOD NEWS , YESTERDAY I RECIEVED ONE OF MY ITEMS IN THE AFTERNOON , BUT STILL 5 ARE WITH KOLKATA SORTING OFFC . I DONT KNOW WHEN I WILL RECEIVE THEM. TRACKING IDS , THE SELLER SAYS IT HAS REACHED INDIA LONG AGO , TRACKING IDS ARE :

Dear friends , good news , i received one of my products again yesterday . it is taking 18 to 25 days to reach me , just before ordering just make sure of one thing that your item is coming through china air mail registered post .

dear nandeep , dont worry friend , your parcel will surely come , i am saying on the basis that one of my products with tracking number RJ441542829CN was stucked in kolkata air sorting office from 2015-07-09 , but today it has moved to the customs. regarding my 2 products which i received past 2 days ago , the customs took only 5 days to clear it out and get delivered to me .

there is some positive scene . even if it is taking time , just have patience , keep contacting and pressurising the seller every 5 to 7 days by mail and keep on extending the buyers protection time until u loose full faith . i have also heard somewhere that you have to have full patience till 90 days until you ask for a refund.

these sellers are quite honest , they have also provided me with refund in 4 cases when the purchase protection was coming to an end or they became sure that the parcel is lost .

i actually went china post office in chengdu but they don't know anything about this parsel.till now i dont gt my item :( please help me...please
