I cannot tracking RI973015408CN (It sent to me 04-10-2016), and about last month i cannot tracking RS207389767CN(It sent to me 01-09-2016)???

1. Both tracking number are valid tracking number.

2. This is the tracking I got for your 2 parcels:
Number: RI973015408CN
Package Status: Not Found
Destination Country: Unknown
Origin Country: China
Item is not found at this moment, If necessary, please verify with the package sender and check back later.

Number: RS207389767CN
Package Status: Not Found
Destination Country: Unknown
Origin Country: China
Item is not found at this moment, If necessary, please verify with the package sender and check back later.

3. So now what you have to do is open a dispute for both parcels because seller did not mail them. It was never put into the mailing system of China Post. When you write for your dispute just include the above tracking to it, so they will understand that the seller never mail the parcel.

I registered a parcel to NZ on Oct 3. The tracking number is CP143580265IN. There's been no movement in the status from past 10 days. When will it reach? Please help.

1. On Internet I found a place stating 12 working days. But you should phone India Post to find out exactly how many days it will take.
