The tracking number the seller gave me is RI830284121CN

Its been 1 month and I still cant track it. The seller is on ebay, toystrike. The user has 98% positive feedback so I dont know if I just got scammed or what.

Is this a fake tracking number or not?

track it in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php , if it is real number, it will show actual shipment date and location of the parcel. If it is fake, it will show invalid number.
