Hi admin,

Just wanted to know if there's any problems with my parcel CK030373862DE sent from Germany. The destination should be Hong Kong but the parcel was sent to Beijing and is now stuck on "export customs scan" status since 13 of April. In my previous experiences, it only takes 2 days to ship from Beijing airport to Hong Kong airport.

transit from beijing to hong kong might take 2 days to 30 days. it all depends on the transit traffic and airline space situation.
