All 3 numbers are fake; your seller did not send you anything.

Ina82, what happened?? I also have the same problem. I couldn't locate the package. My tracking number is RI116859571CN . The seller told me that the package is on its way to my country. Should i open a dispute with the seller?? It has been more than a week since i received an email from aliexpress that says that the package has already been shipped but couldn't track it down. Thanks

Kevin142 what i know is it takes 10-12days for their china post tracking system to show our package shipment details...how many days has it been oredi? For me its oredi more than 21days and still no info on my package. I have oredi open disputes the seller ask me to wait another 20days somemore tell me the courier gave her wrong tracking number. Cannot be all 3 package wrong tracking number rite. I dun care i jus proceed with the dispute.

I ordered on online Aliexpress cell phone, got it in September and found breaking the screen. Manifaktura asked to send it back. I went to the post office and manager was told that I can not send a parcel from Thailand with a cell phone, because the devices are contained within the battery, newer rules for carriage is not allowed. Advise, what can I do in this situation. Thanks in advance

Shueva_ann i think u have to tell the seller theres no way for you to bring the phone back to them. The only way is to ask for a half refund frm them so that u can have the money to get it repaired in your country.

Btw can you take out the battery? If yes then se d to them without the battery since its the screen prob and not battery prob
