RC709698455CN arrived Manila on Aug 22. It is in the hand of Philippines Post who is the delivery partner of china post. You should contact Philippines Post and try to pickup the parcel.

RI642687326CN left china on Oct 14. it will keep traveling another 2 to 5 weeks before it finally arrives Netherlands. You can not know the exact location when it is traveling outside china(none scan the parcel for china post).

even the parcel arrives Netherlands, you still can not track it. Netherlands Post is responsible for delivery of China Post parcel, but they do not scan foreign parcel parcel and update delivery information for China Post.
