I placed this order on October 10. On October 16 I messaged the seller to request the order be shipped as I saw no information in the tracking section. They responded 'ok dear' and suddenly there was a tracking number (RK258315202CN). This number was not valid, and I again messaged the seller, as I need this item by November 6. I have sent another message. There has been no response. The tracking says now Nanjing US as of October 30. If you can, would you tell me where my package is and if I'm likely to receive it in time for my event?

My tracking number RI713797110CN indicates it was received through post office on 31 october 2015 and the location is 518103. Please tell me what this number (518103) means.

Almost certainly not. Your item was shipped on 30-Oct; it departed from Shanghai for the US today, 02-Nov. Typical transit time to the US is around three weeks; your item will probably reach you towards the end of November. =/

This is a Chinese zip code (postal code); in this case: Bao'an, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China, 518103.
