Hi,

I have many problems and I need your help. 7 parcels are on the way coming to me, but since six days their tracking status did not change. It mentioned sometimes 2015-04-07 22:30:16.0 left Shanghai Int'l Airport going to next airport/seaport or International Mail# RG152207745CN Tracking Result 1226|updatePanel|updatePanelMain|No shipping record! Where are my items and what is the next step before reception?

Second problem, i did not mention P O Box, thinking that the Abu Dhabi post office will call me in order to go and collect my parcels. But i just read in this forum that the items will be return to the sellers if i don't mentioned P.O.Box. What can i do in order to insert my P.O.Box if necessary for the Item reception? PLEASE HELP ME

Hi, When i try to track one my item, that is the response i have:

RC593331283CN is invalid Number! China Post has not received this parcel.
Make sure you get correct tracking number and your shipper has really shipped the parcel, then track again! .
I receive this tracking number since 5 days. So is it a fake trackinp number?

status freeze for 2 to 4 weeks is common. it does not mean the parcel is lost. reason is complex, you can read this for detail : http://track-chinapost.com/?p=669

"RC593331283CN is invalid Number! China Post has not received this parcel" means your seller did not ship the goods. Many seller delay shipment for 2 to 7 days, you can wait one week and track again.

We have the same problem, mine now is 10 days w/o changing the status : left Shanghai Int'l Airport going to next airport/seaport
For the PO Box, I am very sorry to tell you that I have same issue for two times w/o PO box, I never receive the item, It will arrived in the Dubai International Mail Xchnage then return to sender. Even if I tried contacting the Emirates Post, they said if no PO box then it will be return.
I am also in ABU Dhabi.

It is the regulation of Emirates Post that parcel MUST have P.O BOX number. You should know this before placing order and confirm shipping address. Now you can do nothing. the return parcel normally will be discarded in china customs.
