My item status for RK308270660CN is' attempted delivery, and on the same day (19 Oct) the status is 'final delivery'. Is that mean i should already receive my item ? how to track my item if i not yet receive it?

RK308270660CN was delivered by Pos Malaysia. If you did not get the goods, contact them and see what wrong happened.
