Hi,
I'm here to check on my parcel to australia. Below are the information i found on the tracking. Aware that currently is the peak period, please advice when would I receive my item? 😕 😕 😕

2015-11-19 17:49:51.0 Nanjing city Post Office Parcel AD Dept. received
2015-11-19 18:08:43.0 Nanjing city Post Office Parcel AD Dept. customs scan
2015-11-19 19:47:28.0 leaving Nanjing city Post Office Parcel AD Dept. ，next station Nanjing station
2015-11-20 09:14:49.0 Nanjing Transit Station export security scan
2015-11-20 19:30:42.0 Nanjing Transit Station export customs cleared
2015-11-21 07:05:00.0 arrive Shanghai Int'l Airport
2015-11-21 07:14:01.0 leaving Shanghai Int'l Airport going to next airport/seaport

based on last year experience, it should arrive by Xmas time.

Just to check what is going on with the shipment. why is the last update stuck in shanghai?

the parcel should have left China. It is delayed in some airport outside china. you can not know exact location when the parcel is outside china(none scan it anymore).

My parcel is not being delivered and no status update till now. And Christmas is just tomorrow. I will not be at the delivery address after this week. I am still wondering what exactly happened to my parcel!

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel left china on Nov 21. it should have arrived Australia. You can call Australian Post and ask where the parcel is. If they can not find the parcel, it should be lost.

Hi. I've checked online, there's no tracking entry for my parcel. Adding on, auspost are closed till 29th Dec!

Australian Post does not update foreign parcel tracking information on their website, you can only inquiry delivery status by phone.
