I placed an order and paid the value as dhl shipping , after supplier sent me goods , he send me tracking no. Of EMS shipping , i asked him , he tols me EMS is faster than DHL , what to do ? i feel he is cheating me .

2. This site is for DHL:

3. Also you have to take into consideration this:
From DHL site:
The shipping cost does not include the probable duty tax, clearance broking service fee or storage fee etc.

4. EMS when it arrive in your country will be delivered by the Post Office of your country.

5. Your parcel is not available for tracking at the China Post system yet. He is probably cheating you. If you can, contact him and say to him that you are cancelling your order.

How can i cancel the order and there is no cancellation button in website as it appears the seller sent your shipment , however money already transacted

For the above parcel , it has to be delivered to kuwait , but as per tracking it is delivered to Italy ? I don't understand , i am in Kuwait , what's happening!!!

1. Either seller gave you the wrong tracking number or seller sent it to the wrong address.

2. You need to contact seller and have an explanation with him about your parcel. If it does not work out just open a dispute to get your money back.
