Hi. I've been tracking my package bought from DX website. I'm using track-chinapost.com for tracking. Tracking number is RI894181059CN

Today's log shows a message :
广州航站, 安检退回

I used google translate and got this :
Guangzhou terminal, security returned

Can you help me determine what happened to the package?

you can not know exactly reason of the safety check reject. If I were you, I will contact seller for refund no matter what reason of the reject.

So "security returned" definitely means "safety check reject".

Hello again. My packages were sent again with the same tracking number and got a second "safety reject". After that point they are re-sent. The last log is on 16, it's about leaving the airport.
2016-03-13 01:57:42.0 Guangzhou Airport safety check rejected
2016-03-15 13:08:54.0 Shenzhen Transit Station export security scan
2016-03-15 13:09:43.0 Shenzhen Transit Station export customs cleared
2016-03-16 22:29:00.0 arrive Guangzhou Airport
2016-03-16 22:33:36.0 leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport

it's been like this last 10 days.
I appreciate if you can tell me the status of these packages.

it should be resent by Shenzhen post office. but I am not sure if it will be rejected again. You can wait one or two more week and see what will happen.
