Post Does my parcel stuck somewhere?

I ordered 1 item from aliexpress and te seller use china ordinary small packet plus . The tracking number is 02633509591. I tried to track the package and the latest info was "small package center,left, next station center in shenzhen" and it was on 01.02.2016 now it's been 1 month. There is no updated information about the package. Is is stuck somewhere? Or is it the normal shippin process.?

china post ordinary parcel has very limited tracking information. It is a very cheap and slow service. If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to ebay/aliexpress asap.

But if the parcel has reached the center in shenzhen it means it is on its way to my country isn't it?

china ordinary small packet has very limited tracking information. You can only know the shipment date. You can not know which is the destination country and what is the leaving china date and arrival date.

The only thing you can do is waiting. If you have waited over 45 days since payment date and you can not get the parcel, you should open dispute to ebay/aliexpress.
