I've been wondering. Does Christmas affect the delivery time of parcels?

I ordered something on AliExpress around the end of November 2015, so I kinda expected it to arrive just in time before Christmas.

I'm from the Philippines and i've seen the average arrival time stat report. It says this...

But now it's January of 2016 and it ain't here yet.

Seems my package ( RH292393876CN ) finally arrived in the Philippines. Still yet to receive it though.

But I have another problem, I ordered 2 other things around the same time as this package.

Like the other package, it's been 40 days. Something seems to be wrong whenever I try tracking these 2 numbers. Either that or I'm being scammed.

What should I do?
