now is the transit time from normal season to rush season. From mid of Nov to early Dec is the high peak season, very slow.

Ummmm....unfortunately no. "EDI" is Electronic Data Interchange -- India Post has received electronic notification from China Post that the item is coming. The actual parcel will be several more weeks before it arrives. Like CPAdmin says, expect it by the end of November.
