There is not always much rhyme or reason to why a parcel may travel faster one time and slower another. If you look at the statistics page, you can see that arrival times to Israel are rather inconsistent: 13 to 52 days, with 24 being average.

I would try to be patient until at least ~50 days had passed, or until the end of your buyer protection is getting near. If your parcel goes over 60 days without being delivered, the sender can initiate a trace with China Post, but many good sellers will work out an arrangement with you directly rather than bothering to trace a parcel that may never turn up.
