Hi,

I have two orders RJ142968345CN this is stuck in Export Customs Scan since the last 21 days and RI025241705CN is stuck since over 15 days. they are phone cases and do not have battery. please tell their status.

-RH079857588CN since 2014/11/06
-RH103662880CN since 2014/12/05
Could u please let me know what the reason was? They are badminton rackets.

I get that with the same thing as RI216382325CN. What I just want to need to know is it still in china or has already been sent because the details just say sent abroad.

HI my tracking number is RH208102686CN and it has been more than 1 month but the package is stuck in china or maybe in India i don't understand please help me. the package was related to aliexpress.

the parcel RH208102686CN has not arrived india yet. you need wait another one or two weeks.

A parcel of mine sent from India has not yet reached me in China.Tracking details show that it is stuck in beijing. Can I please have it delivered to me or see that it is delivered to the sender address.

you can not know the delivery address. but you can call china post hot line 11185 and inquiry delivery detail and schedule.
