The seller gave me this code yesterday and told me he sent the parcel the day before yesterday ... , Should I open dispute on aliexpress against him or I should wait ?

you can wait one more week and track again in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php . Many sellers delays shipment for one or two weeks.
