Hi, my tracking number RN107171869CN
I only just received my tracking number an hour ago. May I ask to change the address please? may i know any contact i can call or email direct to sort this out. It is very important that the address is changed and it is still not shipped yet. The tracking number has yet to come on live online. Hope someone can help me.

unfortunately you can not change address after the parcel is shipped. if you put a letter into mailbox and you can not change the address in the letter anymore. It is the same thing.
