hello
i cannot track my package 02691953283 after 22.02.2016 no tracking information is updated. is the package lost?

02691953283 is china post ordinary parcel. China Post does not scan such parcel very often. So I believe you can see any further update after Feb 22. However, this does not mean the parcel is stopped or lost. It will keep moving forward to your country. Based on my experience, you will get it by early April(ordinary parcel is slow).

Does that mean the parcel has left china and is on its way to the destination country?..

not necessarily left china, it is on the way leaving china for destination.

I sent a speed Post from India to China. Tracking No. EN459421698IN.
Could you please help me trace it? The full address and phone no is available with me. Website says due to incomplete address, delivery failed. I am not sure why.
I dont know how to post a new forum and hence submitting here.
