I've purchased a commodity of the website "Ali-Express" and after nearly 50 days and arrived in my mail to my country, but a problem with the registered address was re-expulsion to the source, I want to be re-send this item back to my country.

Sorry, I misunderstood your meaning. You mean the parcel was returned China and you want to ship it back to Saudi Arabia? You should ask seller to ship you another parcel.

If your parcel was returned to China. China Post can not reship it back to Saudi Arabia. The old parcel will be returned to seller or discarded if seller does not have return address.

You should ask seller ship another goods to you or ask him refund you money.
