This is my shipment tracking. I want to ask is, these packets are sent via plane or by ship? approximately how long this package I received?

it should be airmail. However, airmail also takes about 2 to 4 weeks to reach your country. Most of the procedure is doing sorting, customs clearance and waiting shipping space.

his status say in route since 4 months

is in customs or never arrived

http://track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php shows it was returned to Dongguan. You should open dispute .
