Hello.. i wanna ask about my parcell..'Track number RH289952045CN..

I check status is :
2016-03-30 21:16:59.0 Shanghai Transit Station export security scan
2016-03-31 00:17:47.0 Shanghai Transit Station export customs scan (domestic transit )
2016-04-05 18:24:56.0 Shanghai Transit Station export security scan
2016-04-05 21:27:43.0 Shanghai Transit Station export customs scan (domestic transit )
2016-04-10 18:46:16.0 Shanghai Transit Station export security scan

Can you explain to me..??
Why double scan on shanghai..?

Why double scan on shanghai..?

I think your parcel is trying to get a flight to Indonesia and there is no room so it is coming back to Shanghai Transit Station.
