I shipped out a parcel from Singapore(Singpost) a month ago and it has not arrived at the destination. It keeps saying in transit since 5th Jan 2016

attempted delivery, must go to post office and pick up

2016-01-04 20:24:12.0 民治dept. attempt delivery
2016-01-05 10:34:46.0 arrive 民治dept. delivery office
