Hello,
Kindly let me know what's the problem with these two tracking numbers "RK316208695CN" and "RM648920494CN". When I track it on aliexpress it shows "Departure from outward office of exchange" since 16th october. Please let me know asap.

both parcels were just shipped. you need some patient to see new status (it might take a couple weeks).
