I am come from Vietnam
I have buy a goods by aliexpress and My supplier used chinapost air mail for shipping
But until now, I don't still received the goods
My tracking: RJ578035417CN

I want to know the problem with shipping

http://track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php shows the parcel was returned to Wenzhou. You should open dispute to aliexpress asap.

Why is the parcel was returned to Wenzhou?
Before, My supplier use similar shipping. I don't see anything problem. But this tracking... I don't know

You can not know the return reason. The only thing you can do is to open dispute and ask seller compensate you money.
