My package with number RK836971401CN has flew all around china and arrived all around china but didnt ever depart to my country.
Whats happening?

Unfortunately this often means that your item is having a hard time finding available shipping space with the airlines. :( Is it something large or unusual?

I've seen some items take four or more tries to find available space, and still be delivered successfully in the end. Still, it has been around 45 days since your item was initially shipped -- if your buyer protection time is close to running out, you should open a claim for non-delivery.

your parcel is looping in Nanjing and shanghai. This is a bad sign which means your parcel does not pass customs scan. You should open dispute for lost parcel.
