Hello,

The status of the Activity tab says that the delivery was unsuccessful, and the Remarks tab says "Payment of charges/Addressee advised to pick up the item".
Where is my Parcel ? and how should I do with this situation?

LX532191565CN was mailed on 10 October 2017 and arrived in México on 21 November 2017. If this timeline sounds right, then you should contact the post office in Huixquilucan de Degollado to try and pick up your item and see if it is still there. Usually post offices only hold an item for 30 days, but I don't see any sign of it having been sent back yet.

Hello again ,

Unfortunately it took me too much time to pick up the package and now the status says that it was returned to the sender and now it is in Beijing.
What do I have to do to send th package back to Mexico ?
