Hola, tengo el pedido RI310202875CN y se encuentra en estado "Export Customs Scan" desde el 2015 02 13 y no ha tenido movimiento, lo normal es que diga "send to airline". Favor verificar lo que sucede y si efectivamente está retenido por alguna razón y se envió y no aparece en la página. Saludos.

Les comento que el paquete ya llegó a Chile, pero en vuestra página no ha cambiado de estado, sería ideal mejorar esa situación así no habrían tantas solicitudes de consulta y reclamo.
