I have tracked the parcels for you and one is giving me a service error which means that there might be a problem with the tracking info right now. The other package is still in china waiting for space for shipping in the plane.

You may contact the seller about RL051993155CN as it is giving me (and probably you as well) as service error on track-chinapost.com
