Seller sent it 20 days ago, and there is still no tracking information on the China Post web site.

Are you sure? Cause seller swears he sent the items and has pretty high rating.
You actually check whether china post has received the item itself?

That's fine now.
Tracking information started to appear. The item was collected by china post.
