My order 4202104092748927005823000006988614 was returned to sender due to wrong address. I need to modify my address and I need a redelivery to the right address which is 2104 Morgan crt. Edgewood MD 21040. I really hope you can help because I can't get a refund because my order was already shipped. :(

You can not change address after the parcel is returned. You need to ask your seller refund you money and buy again. IF your seller refuse to refund you money, call your credit card bank and file charge back. Based on most online marketplace rule(Amazon, ebay, aliexpress), seller must refund money to buyer if parcel can not reach buyer.
