Post Help - package not delivered, tracking # LV713145161CN

I ordered a package through Amazon which was fulfilled by China Post. The package has the shipping number LV713145161CN and was said to be delivered on March 15th, but I never received it. What can I do about this?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LV713145161CN shows the item was delivered on Mar 15 by Canada Post.

Canada Post website also shows OXFORD,NS, LV713145161CN was Delivered to your community mailbox, parcel locker or apt./condo mailbox.

Please contact Canada Post in OXFORD,NS and get more information. If you are not in OXFORD,NS area, you need to open dispute to seller because he shipped the goods to wrong shipping ,
