My package seems to be delayed. It seems to have arrived in Mexico, but not according to the local postal service. They say they don't have it and it's not in customs either. but has it really arrived in Mexico? Or is it delayed somewhere in China or somewhere in transit? Or is it lost?

If you can help, thanks.

EV037447499CN arrived in Mexico Airport on Sep 22, but customs never released the goods to Mexico Post. We suggest you wait one more week. If you can not see new record in Mexico Post website, then it might be lost. You need to open dispute to seller for refund.
