I ordered my item almost 2 months ago and got my tracking number a month ago but there’s no update. I’ve contacted the company I ordered from and they said they’ve been told it’s been sent. Why is there no update? Where is my package?

You're scammed
Open a dispute for a total refund because the tracking is false.
