Hello all. First time using China Post, when searching the tracking number AS034858901CN, the package is showing as delivered, however I have not received anything. Not sure if delivered means delivered to USPS, who will handle final delivery from there, or if it means delivered to Me.

Not sure what to do / who to contact at this point, thanks in advance for any help!.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=AS034858901CN shows the parcel was delivered on Aug 2nd . If you haven't got the parcel, you are very likely to be scammed.

Many users have reported scams related to such A***CN parcel.

Such A**CN is called China Post direct mail which does not have detailed delivery information. So you can't know who and where the parcel is delivered to. Many cheaters take advantage of this.

A typical of such online shipping scam is that the cheater sells an expensive product to you online, but shipped some junk to a wrong address in your country. The only reason is that he want the A**CN tracking number to cheat your money.

if you paid with paypal/aliexpress, actually you need to open dispute for refund. If seller has got similar complains from other buyer, paypal will issue you refund and block this seller's account.

Same thing with me. Only difference is it does show me it was delivered to my town , but doesn't show exactly where in my town in Oklahoma by China EMS. I've never heard of this carrier and I cannot track the package with the tracking number to any of the possible carriers they provided me. The only company that pulls up the tracking number is http://www.track-chinapost.com/en the tracking number is AS842703332CN. I've contacted henerta.com and haven't had a reply

Same here. Says all of my packages were delivered. But I haven't received anything and can't see who the carrier is.

Call your credit bank and report fraud. It must be a scam.

Same here. My package with tracking number AS842929494CN is showing that it was delivered on September 26 but I went 2 separate days this week to my local post office only to see nothing. I just don't understand this at all
