Hi, I have order LW257238362CN that show long period Received by airline. but not move. Pls can you help me find out what happens my package

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LW257238362CN shows the item was sent to airline on Sep 10. After received by airline date, parcel will wait flight for 2 to 6 weeks. This is normal, no need to worry.

Once parcel gets flight to USA, you will see new update.

Dear, I am a reseller. I have an estimated date for delivery of the product to the buyer. Must be delivered before October 15. Is there a solution to this? I'm in big troble.. :(

based on our experience, receiver has more than 70% chance to get the item before Oct 15.

your item is waiting for flight. Waiting time can take 2 to 4 weeks. This is normal, no need to worry.

You will see new update once it gets flight to USA. We will also write a post here if there is any update.

I can't wait that long. I am a dropshipper. I have an obligation to deliver the item to my customer on the estimated date. Its closing date is 2022/10/15

If you have the urgency to delivery this order you can't use the postal service ePacket but EMS beacuse it's a lot of fast or another courier (FedEx, UPS, DHL or other).

In this moment you must only wait the delivery.

I have sent goods through many courier services. But have never been in this kind of trouble.

LW257238362CN was just delivered in USA.
