Hi,

previously this parcel was showing that it's waiting for the duty to be paid.
Now it shows no record found in "tracking china post".

If it waits for custom duty being paid. How can I pay it?
I couldn't find it in the
- http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax/mailtaxAction_init.html
- or WeChat application.

Could you please help me to track the parcel and pay the duty if necessary?
The parcel is urgent because it's for a patient.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CY281111013DE shows the item arrived in destination on Sep 27 and waiting for duty payment.

Receiver should have received a code from China post to make customs clearance through China Customs APP. If he hasn't got the code, please ask receiver call 11185 and ask for the code.
