Hello
My package has been in transit for more than 13 days and has not left Guangzhou for its destination, and the status of the package has not been updated for more than 12 days.
What should I do? Please guide me because this package is very important thank you :(

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LV614297041CN shows the item was sent to Guangzhou airport on Oct 27. it is waiting for flight to Turkey.

Waiting time can take 2 to 4 weeks, your parcel status is quite normal, no need to worry.

We will write a new post here once your parcel gets flight to Turkey.
