Hello, I need help understanding Why my package is stuck.

Its been 40 days (and still counting) that no updates are happening.
Last time I ordered my parcel was stuck for 64 days and I camcelled my delivery to get a refund and they told me that ots rare and it wont happend again.
Now I have the same problem
For over 40 days package is still stuck and I'm really frustrated.
Any help?

This is absurd.. its 2 times in a row that my package takes over 40 days to arrive. I understand that there's a covid-19 but I dont think its a reasonable excuse since i order from AliExpress and sellers from Guangzhou and it arrives after maximum 3 weeks..
