Has not updated since May 19, 2020
Is it lost? Returned to sender? Will I receive it?

your parcel has handed over to carrie on May.19 and no updated since then.
I'd suggest you watch for your buyer protection period and ask an extension if it is running out soon,or open dispute for a refund.
