my package. Cp317228705cn. Was sent on 10 December from China to Mauritius. Until now there has been no update. How can I apply for a refund, the goods I sent were my personal goods not things I ordered online.

CP is slow service, shipment by sea. It has been 6 month since you shipped it, it might already be lost, but still might arrive as it needs transhipment to Mauritius. I think you need bring the original receipt to the post office which you send the parcel to ask for a refund.

I’m no longer living in China, the goods I sent were my personal goods from when I was staying there. how do I get refunded

It doesn't seem to have ever reached the export mail sorting center.
