I ordered something in the beginning of February, it didn't ship until March 4. I can't find anything with the tracking info that was provided. The tracking number is LS958936188CN. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LS958936188CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you are scammed.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.
