http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO684910866CN shows the parcel was shipped by your seller From China Post Fuzhou office to Canada on Jan 2.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Canada Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Fuzhou ,China or customs warehouse in Canada). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Now is rush season, Such no-information stage might last 20 to 30 days until Canada Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Canada Post website will show its new status with Canada location.
