My parcel seems to have disappeared. Where is it? What happens if it never gets through customs in the country of destination?

Spain Post(www.correos.es) shows it is in ADUANA, Pendiente de tramitación aduanera, El envío va a iniciar el trámite aduanero. Please contact your local post office to inquiry detail. Are you in Spain or in USA? The parcel destination is Spain.
