Can someone tell me how to find my package. Tracking just says on its way has been like that since 9th January. Tracking number MT500000206954EX

MT500000206954EX is not china post tracking number. It is from Mengtu shipping agent. Mengtu website shows it just arrived in Australia customs on Jan 22.
